Original Artwork & Products

- Full payment is required before dispatch.
- Shipping costs, taxes, and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Commissions
- Custom commissions are accepted by agreement and will require a deposit.
- Turnaround times and pricing will be confirmed individually.
- All creative rights remain with the artist unless a written agreement transfers usage.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the unique and original nature of the work:
- All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.
- In the case of damage, you must notify Clare-Louise Battersby within 3 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.
- Return shipping (if approved) is at the buyer’s expense.
Digital downloads, PDF resources, and press kit files are non-refundable.
6. Workshops & Events
Where Clare-Louise offers workshops:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
- Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- If a workshop is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund or alternative booking.
7. Website Content & Links
This website may include links to external websites (e.g. Biophilia Design & Art, press features). Clare-Louise is not responsible for the content or security of third-party sites.
